Progress Thinking

Story/Words
http://sicklyeaters.blogspot.com/2017/02/apple-hearts.html

We all lived in the Garden of Eden.
Our hearts lived on trees.
We chose to leave
and they died in our hands.

I already decided that the watch mold was perhaps too literal and that I want to make my pieces more dynamic that will suggest, not direct.

I think a mobile, one that is low hanging and rather expansive is something I want to try to do.

But to achieve this I need to make sure that my objects are lighter. I still want to cast in something that at least resembles red hard candy. if it's possible to make them hollow shells It would be best. It would so be ideal to have them hollow because I would like to have some shattered pieces around.

Casting Materials

Apples
- Red Candy Apple covering
(look for a less sticky version if possible)

Hands
- soap
- wax
- crayons

- If everything else is too brittle, the cheapest rubber available; but preferably something that melts like a candle does.

Mobile materials
- aluminum rod
-galvanized wire
